The definition of a big juicy wine. Truly glorious with big black fruit with lots of sweet plum notes all without being jammy or cooked. This is an excellent example of what Zinfandel can be in the right hands. A nice bit of acidity there that helps to cut through giving restraint aiding to give it length and finesse. A wine to go with a hearty curry or a winters night in front of the fire.
